As if regular yoga wasn’t challenging enough creators behind SUP Yoga are asking you to perform the downward facing dog pose whilst balancing on a paddle board on open water!

Capital City Jazz Orchestra

Big Band is swinging its way to Cardiff this month with the Capital City Jazz Orchestra joined by none other than international jazz soloist Gordon Campbell.
Break out those jazz hands and enjoy a fantastic night of amazing live music performed by an established collection of musicians who’ve been playing together for the past 10 years.
Gordon Campbell is a real treat for the ears. His instrument of choice is the trombone, filling his performance venues with the sweet sound of classic jazz. During his 30 year career, he’s had the pleasure of performing with Ella Fitzgerald, Barbra Streisand and Robbie Williams.
